Jaden's first day of school was today and Jake's last day of school was today. Our boy has entered into the first grade, and Jake has entered into his Internship.
Jaden is in a first and second grade combo class, and he has Mrs. Garza as his teacher. By word of mouth, he got the best first grade teacher. Jaden woke us up and 6:00 am telling us that it's time to get ready for school. Well the bell rings at 8:30 so we had plenty of time to get ready. Someone was just a little anxious for school to start. I wonder how many more years until he doesn't want it to start. Jaden bought lunch and it was $2.25, and we gave him a $2.30. I asked him what he had for lunch, his relpy "A bean and cheese burrito, and they even give us money for it." He handed me a nickel which was the difference in the amount he gave them but Jaden's thinking that he pays and they give money back every time. I love this age. Recently he asked, "Mom do you and dad pick my girlfriends?"
He came home exhausted and took a nap on the couch.

What a cute guy! Maybe we should all get in line for lunch, we could get "RICH"! ***
Oh and yes.... we are definantly picking the girlfriends!
I can not believe how big he is, what a cutie! Also, I can't believe how expensive your lunch is, Ouch!
