Nathan Richard Snow has arrived

My sister Ann's baby has arrived, and he is soooooo cute. The baby and her are doing well. The labor was long but the outcome was well worth it. Nathan Richard Snow weighed 6 pds. and was 21 inches long. What a cutie.
Ann will be discharged today. The baby of the family now has a baby of her own!!!! Welcome to the baby club. Congratulations Auntie Ann.
Although he arrived a few weeks early we're happy that he is healthy. Can't wait to see more pictures and hold the precious little guy. Welcome to the family Nathan. You are sooooo cute, and we think you have your mommy's lips.

What Now Jaden?

So Jaden decides to pull a move on me right before we had to leave for school. He comes running into the bedroom and says, "Mom, mom I'm bleeding." As he turns around he shows me his fake blood on his face and fingers. Yes, you guessed it, Jaden decided to use RED marker around both his eyes and on his fingers to make it look like he was bleeding.

So of course a part of me was laughing and the other part of me was, shouting to him "Hurry and get back in the shower and try to get all that red out, otherwise you'll be looking like that at school." Needless to say he was able to get most of the red out but still had to go to school and explain why he had a tint of red around his eyes and fingers.

I'm sure this will not be his last prank.

Happy Birthday Girl!!!!

Well on February 7th Kristie has joined the 33 year old club. Happy Birthday Kristie. We enjoyed our visit to Fresno (or I mean Fresyes), and we enjoy having your family come visit us while you are in the area. We have great memories together and I'm grateful for our friendship. Your the best!!!! I hope all your birthday wishes come true. Hope to see you and your family soon.

Picture Post

I was experimenting with some pictures using Slide. Here are some random pictures of the boys. You can really tell that we live in California. In most of the pictures the boys aren't wearing a shirt!!

Sayings by Jaden.......

Jaden says,"Mom I don't want another rewind even though it was an accident."
Translation: I don't want another rear end accident.

Jaden says, "Mom since I'm reading good I can probably read the Book of Norman."
Translation: I can probably read the Book of Mormon.

Jaden says, "There's two black American's in my class at school." Dad says, "What about Italee?" Jaden says, "Mmmm, she's kinda peach."
Translation: Not sure. But Italee is a lighter skin black girl?

So Jake asks me today, "How many penguins are eaten by polar bears?" My reply, "I don't know alot." Answer: None, penguins live in different areas, one is in the South pole and one is in the North pole. I said, oh tricky question why don't you ask Jaden just for fun. So he asked Jaden the same question, and Jaden says, "Oh none because penguins and polar bears don't live in the same place." I said did you set me up for this. Did you boys already plan the answer together. Jaden says, "No mom dad didn't tell me the answer I learned it at school." Boy did mom feel stupid.

Jaden asks mom and his aunt at the same time, "Is a pumpkin a fruit?" His aunt's response, "Umm, ya, ya because it has seeds, and pumpkins have seeds." Moms reply, "Well I think it can be part of the fruit family or vegetable family but I think I'm going with vegetable." Jaden says, "No, it's a gourd!"

Our friends Phil and Kristen (Phil and Jake met at SCUHS) invited us up to Lake Arrowhead for an overnight stay along with some other friends Walter and Rachel (who weren't able to make it but missed out on a great get away). So after our trip Jaden asks, "Mom why do I have to wait until I'm eight to spend the night at a friends house." Mom's reply, "Because I think that is a good age to be spending the night with friends." Jaden's reply, "But then why did you let me spend the night with my friend Phil at Lake Arrowhead?"
