Almost to the finish line!!!!
Congratulations Jake on passing your board exams. We knew you could do it!!! Jake has passed his second/third and physiotherapy board exams and we are SO proud of him. He received his scores today online. He is relieved to have completed these board exams thus far and he has passed them on his first try. He is drawing nearer to the end of school and has completed all his courses and is now just putting in hours at the clinics. Another hurdle cleared.

Domestic
Well I finally attempted to use the sewing machine and made some hooded baby bath towels. Thanks to my mom (the professional) guided me through and taught me how to use the sewing machine and how to make the towels. I didn't do such a bad job on my first domestic project. For those that know me, this was quite an undertaking. I am not crafty so this was really stretching myself. I have to say I had fun using the sewing machine and these towels make good baby gifts.
Owen trying on the hood for size. He had fun running around with the hood on his head.
Jaden trying on the finished product. This one I made larger for his size.
This is the little girl towel. Jaden is modeling the final product.
I added the yellow trim on this hood. Something simple but adds color. Jake was so proud of me for challenging myself and for finally making something crafty. For some reason he really wanted me to learn to use the sewing machine. Often times I've had to tell him that some things are just cheaper to buy than make, right?

Disneyland
Friday Jake, and I took Jaden to Disneyland. Ariel on the Little Mermaid who works at Disneyland and who we know personally got us into Disneyland and California Adventure for free. It was our first trip to California Adventure. Jaden's favorite ride was Tower of Terror. He went on it four times. He also enjoyed Indiana Jones over at Disneyland. It was a fun day. Thanks to Shauna for watching Owen so that we could make it a big kid day and not have to drag Owen around. At the end of our day Jaden says, "Mom, Disneyland is where dreams come true."
Jake and Jaden in front of California Screaming at California Adventure. Jaden got to ride this once. The second time they checked his height and he wasn't tall enough.
Jaden at the Disneyland entrance. The picture that has to be taken every time we go to Disneyland.
Jaden and the Matterhorn ride in the back ground. We are waiting for the Monorail to go to Downtown Disney for lunch.
Jaden and Laura riding the tram getting ready to go to the parks. Jaden couldn't wait to get there!
Jaden loves High School Musical and at California Adventure they were putting on a show in the middle of the park. They also had kids from the audience go up and dance with them. Jaden all of a sudden got shy and would not go out and dance. So this is as close as he got.

Oh Help Me!!!!
Our little Owen that just turned 17 months has decided that he will not stay in his crib. Yep, he has figured out how to get out of the crib even with the mattress being on the lowest level. Help us all. This just started yesterday, so last night was his first night falling asleep on the floor and then we ended up moving him into his bed. The things Owen does are things Jaden never did as a child. #2 child is giving me gray hair!!!
